Head of Growth

The goal of Le Slibard is to develop qualitative, sustainable and original underwear. We mainly source our fabric from Austria and the confection of the pieces is made in Portugal. Besides, we have our extra mission on helping biodiversity. We represent on each Slibard endangered species for which we donate 5% of our sales.

We are looking for a growth specialist to increase our visibility and bring qualitative trafic to our website through advertising, SEO and all existing and future channels. The aim as well is to win the loyalty of our costumers and to grow our community. You will be responsible to develop and implement the growth strategy.

A successful candidate enjoys learning and staying up the date with the latest techniques. Once you have an objective in mind, you will never stop finding a way to reach it! You are enthusiastic about partnering with other members across the business to deliver results. You should have an internal drive to challenge the status quo and excellent analytical skills. You should be a self-starter, comfortable with ambiguity, naturally curious, and be involved in the details.

The role is based in Brussels in Ixelles at SeeU. Start date: As soon as possible.
